Looking for a Roommate to share a 3 Bedroom house in the Happy Valley area of Langford Starting May1st. House is 8 years old, and has a gas fireplace, natural gas BBQ and Stove. I do have a small Pomeranian cross Chihuahua so Small dogs are allowed with a pet deposit.
Looking for a professional male or female in their 20's or 30's that is respectful of someone who works shift work. I follow a 4 days on and 4 off pattern with some night shifts, Ideally someone who works shift work as well would be nice but not required. No smoking in the house, the rental price includes 2 rooms at the back of the upper floor of the house. Only looking for one person and not a couple. Can allow access to a garage for projects periodically as well. Parking for one car in winter months on driveway, but street parking during summer months. I am the owner of the house, 27 year old male that does not party, but will have the occasional BBQ and board games night. I will upload pictures of the rooms and can provide measurements of the rooms and layout of the house tomorrow.
Rent is $650 a month plus half utilities ( Gas and Electric)
