I am looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bedroom house in Langford for $700 per month which would include your own bedroom, bathroom, and living room (with natural gas fireplace). The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen and laundry would be shared with me (single dad with a 7 year old daughter who is with me part time). I also have an older cat and would consider allowing another well behaved cat or dog with pet damage deposit.
All utilities are included. References required. No smokers please.
