Our penthouse condo is located in Langford Downtown at the Granderson building. It is the best-located unit with the perfect Goldstream and downtown Langford view. It is right on Goldstream Avenue, so public transportation is very easy.
My girlfriend is an artist, and I am a scholar. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, and I am renting out the rooms I no longer need/use. Looking for clean, quiet and respectful people to share the other 2 bedrooms.
This is the second bedroom and it is quite large.
The rent includes underground parking for 1 vehicle, hydro(electric), hot water, WiFi and NetFlix.
No smoking or vaping in the unit. Only and only in the balcony.
No pets.
The room is not furnished. If the tenant doesn't have own furniture handy it can be furnished (in usedvictoria style) in a couple of days with 1 queen size or 2 single size beds, and two nightstands or desks.
