Shared large 2 bedroom 1 bath top floor of house(4plex) near cook and hillside. In suite laundry, full kitchen, less than a minute to #4 bus,unrestricted street parking on the block. Suite is furnished except for your bedroom and you could bring your own kitchen things. Maybe space for other things you may have , plus the bedrooms are big . There is garden space in the back yard if you're into that and we have use of the backyard. You would be subletting the second bedroom from me. Landlord is Friendly, laid back and lives next door. $950 all in (Internet, hot water,Heat, electricity,Laundry, Garbage)
