I'm a 30 year old full time working woman looking to sublet one bedroom in my two bedroom suite. Looking for responsible person or couple to share a home.
Located off Richmond, a 5 min walk to the Lansdowne Camosun College, and 15 min walk to Jubilee Hospital/ Hillside Mall. Great for a student or quiet couple.
All utilities included, with wifi. Shared laundry with landlord. Shared bathroom with me.
$650 for single occupancy, $750 for couple occupancy.
Kitchen and Living room already set up. All you need is your bedroom furniture! ( if you come with a bit of furniture this is negotiable)
My room mate had finally saved up and bought herself a house. She had a king sized bed (picture shown) in the room so the bedroom is quite spacious.
I have a few plants and a larger fish tank (just goldfish). in the living room.
The landlord is OK with a cat, but no dogs sorry.
Smoking at the end of the driveway is OK. street parking only, prefer no vehicle.
