I am looking for a non-smoking, non-drug user, responsible, honest, dog loving, (I have two chihuahuas.) quiet individual to rent a nicely furnished room in my nice house, backing onto a very large green space, close to Royal Roads University. I work from home and want someone who is easy to get along with, clean and respectful as you will be sharing my space as well.
Rent is 900.00 plus a 1/3 portion of the hydro. HIgh speed wifi included and use of the whole house and back yard. Some storage is available. Share in the front yard work and share in planting vegetables to share if you choose. Former room mate recommendation is available if required.
Private bathroom, except I will need to share the use of the shower, as there is only one shower in the house. Laundry conveniently right beside the bedroom and bathroom.
Long or short term available immediately.
Security deposit is required. If you have a small dog, we may consider, however, a pet deposit would be necessary in that case. No cats.
