Yoga on Sunny Days Farm in Saanich in Victoria, British Columbia

Are you in need of some relaxing in a beautiful setting? Do you enjoy yoga? Miranda Cossuta is a 200RYT instructor trained in Maui. Specializing in Vinyasa flow. She brings yoga back to it's spiritual roots with warm energy and flowing sequences. All levels welcome...please bring your own mat. Classes to be held on a working farm with livestock. After class feel free to go visit the 8 horses calling Sunny Days farm home. Along with numerous chickens. All classes run an hour long with refreshments served after the class. Free range eggs can be purchased as well. Each class is $20 drop in fee. Classes to be held July 13 & 15 7 p.m Email for location and to register your name. Classes held weather permitting.
