WANTED: Block Time in Victoria, British Columbia

Good day! I am a 35 year old pilot looking to get some time as inexpensively as possible, completing a life long dream and a project that I have been working on since xxxx. I am 95% complete my commercial license, all my requirements except 2 hours of instument time are done. I had to give it up two years ago even though I was so close I could taste it. Now I would like to try and finish with my tax return and before my commercial written expires in a month. But to do this, I will need to get as many practice hours in with my fairly limited budget. If someone here can help me out with a plane (with at least a servicable VOR, as that is what most of my nav/instument time has been on over GPS) at a rate less than club rates, I would be greately appreciative! Though currently it's coming up on 60 days, I am current with a self test done in November, along with a VFC check ride at the same time.
