RV-8 Empennage (Tail) Kit in Victoria, British Columbia

Partially assembled RV-8 Empennage (Tail) Kit with electric trim option as well as plans and instructions (plus build log to date).
Includes hand tools such as clecos, and cleco pliers, rivet guages, deburring tools, and manual dimpler. Also includes consumables such as drill bits, files, and GBP 988 primer. Plus an old bench grinder set up for deburing.
The horizontal and vertical stabilizer have been built but the elevator and rudders have not been assembled. Every rivet and all workmanship is fully inspectable as the spars have not been "final riveted" in place. Interior aluminum surfaced primed with self etching primer prior to assembly to prevent corrosion.
It was a Father/Son project and the kit and tools have been in storage for the past two years (since we sold our hangar and don't have a garage). I'm tired of paying the storage fees so I'm selling it all for a great price and you will save US exchange + PST/GST + shipping...
